This committee is involved in the following task forces:

Research Task Force

This task force provides a coordinating role for AED30 to facilitate research and innovation activities across the four AED30 research subcommittees. It also provides a focal point to develop cross-cutting and general research needs at the committee level. This task force is led by AED30 Committee Research Coordinator (CRC), Edgar Kraus (Research Engineer, Texas A&M Transportation Institute).

Research Best Paper Awards

This task force is focused on identifying the best paper submitted to the Committee and providing an award to the authors. This task force is led by Richard Li.

The Digital Infrastructure Joint Task Force (in conjunction with TRB Vehicle Highway Automation Committee)

This task force is in the early stages of development.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Task Force (part of AED30)

This task force is in the early stages of development.
